(Cutting Grown)
This is a bold-colored selection of Alyogyne huegelii that was released from the UC Santa Cruz Arboretum. Traffic-stopping flowers float about the outer branches for most of the year. As long as drainage is adequate, this character will thrive in most gardens with full sun and meager watering once established. It responds well to a hard prune in the spring to avoid the awkward, lanky look.
