The Forest Sugarbush is a relatively fast-growing character but unlike many of the other Protea we offer, is a single-stemmed, upright shrub. It can get quite tall so be sure to tip prune during its first few seasons to keep it manageable. Quicker to bloom than other species so its not uncommon to see a flower after two to three years. This one can vary in color as it's grown from seed, we can’t guarantee that your flowers will match the ones shown here. But is there an undesirable Protea flower color?
