(Cutting Grown)
This is a cute little evergreen shrub that brightens up a shady location with deep pink, star-shaped flowers that bloom from late winter through summer. It has a tidy appearance with graceful, arching branches and small, lush green leaves. A great choice to create a soft, delicate texture in often drab understories.

This location has been a challenge as a growing site. Rather dry, but there is drip irrigation under the mulch and plant debris. It is shaded by a flannel bush (more of a tree now) and a pine (which also offers some acidity to the soil). Note that I recycled the packaging material as mulch and added more pine needles after the picture.
