Welcome plant friends, my name is Troy and I'm the owner and grower at Waltzing Matilija Nursery. Gondwanan goodies born and raised in Sunny Pittsburg, California.

Have you had a hard time sourcing rare and unusual plants from Australia and South Africa? Me too. I began importing seed and growing plants to solve that problem only to unearth another problem... I enjoyed it too much.  So naturally I started a nursery to share the bounty and it has evolved to a point where I can offer a solid range of healthy plants to folks well beyond my local area.
