(Cutting Grown)
Cool color palettes are my kryptonite. I need to learn how to design with purples, actually the whole cool side of the color wheel. Reds, oranges, and yellows... no problemo. Fortunately, 'White Swan' is a real problem solver as it will work with both hemispheres of the color wheel. The leaf is more robust in shape than some other varieties of Alyogyne I grow and more typical of the mallow family, which it is a part of. It responds well to a hard prune in the spring to avoid the awkward, lanky look.
