I don't think I have ever received a plant so well packaged! Well, maybe the previous plants I bought from Troy. The plant is very healthy and I am guessing very properly grown so has a good start to life. So many companies over fertilize and the plants look good for a minute, then wither. This plant arrived with a bud looking like it is ready to open and get own with making more.
Have had good conversations with Troy about his products and advice on growing Aussies. I trust him.
I ordered two of these to add to my ever-growing collection of Australian native plants. The “paws” are unique and a lovely light pink with a hint of pastel green. This was my first time ordering from Waltzing Matilija, but it definitely won’t be my last. The plants arrived packaged meticulously to keep them from getting damaged during transit. Troy was quick to respond to all my questions and was kind, professional, and helpful. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
Such a different color for Anigozanthos, and yet so irresistible. I've had success with the other unusual-colored plants in this genus that Troy offers, 'Masquerade' and 'Carnivale', and so had to add this one to my garden as well. If you like to have plants and blooms that are outside the ordinary, definitely give this one (and the other two I mentioned) a go!
This varietal has been absent for what, 10 years? So glad to have access to it again in the USA. Plants are always perfect. Appreciated.
