(Cutting Grown)
The species of this profuse flowering odd ball can grow to 12+ feet but this smaller form is far more suitable for tight spaces in the garden. The east coast Banksias are generally the most forgiving in gardens with questionably soil and drainage although more is better. The flowers look like a cross between a cob of corn and velcro and persist for months on the plant. So weird - so lovable.
