(Seed Grown)
Similar in form and habit to B. blechnifolia but with leaves that resemble surfboards that sharks have nibbles the edges of. The flowers still grow perpendicular to the ground and are a yellow/white combo . Just plain fun these ground cover Banksias.

This is my second attempt with this species. The first plant appeared healthy, but quickly died, which made me think that I damaged the roots in planting. Therefore, I will give it one more try. The present plant arrived in excellent shape, and I am hopeful that I can get it through the transplant stress and see how it does in my region, which is very different than its home in WA.
