(Cutting Grown)
This is one of those plants that quietly steals the show — all fine, wiry stems and that deep, moody purple that looks especially good when the light hits it just right. It’s a tough, west coast Australian native that’s perfectly happy in lean soils, full sun, and dry conditions, asking very little while offering a lot of texture and movement in return. I like it as a low, spreading groundcover or weaving through rocks where it softens hard edges without ever getting bulky or thirsty. It’s subtle, architectural, and a great reminder that not every standout plant needs to shout to be noticed.
