(Seed Grown)

(Dilatris corymbosa shown but close enough).

Dilatris pillansii is a rhizomatous perennial that grows on damp sandy slopes. We haven't had too much experience growing it but this little beauty does prefer good drainage and relatively light soil for its chunky yellow roots to explore.

Has a similar appearance to Anigazanthos (Kangaroo Paw) when out of flower. When it's in flower there's no mistaking it.
