Well, I suppose we should call this fella 'King' now. Royal nonsense aside, this great little plant bursts into flower during the cooler parts of the year. A succession of bright little flowers last for months.

I had contacted Troy about shipping plants at this time of year, Dec., because I was concerned about getting them without damage, especially from the cold during transit. That concern was unfounded! Great, healthy plant, and packed carefully & securely. Couldn't be more pleased, and definitely recommend this business!
I am a sucker for a Grevillea even in December up here in WA. It should survive in a potted environment in my cold greenhouse for the winter. Fingers and paws crossed in this household.
Well packaged and protected The material he uses to pack the plants is sturdy and seems to add warmth to the plant for protection when shipping to a colder climate. I guess this is what swaddling would be like???
Got my G. 'Bonnie Prince [King] Charlie a while back--very healthy, and have planted it out to see if it will survive a North Oregon coast winter. Looking forward to a great show in the garden over the next years. (and more Hummingbirds)!
