(Seed Grown)

The common name of this handsome rooster is Gondwana Christmas Tree... which makes little sense unless you live in the southern hemisphere. For those of us that reside north of the equator, expect those pom-pom flowers during the warmer months.

Although the flowers are stunning, the best part of this plant for me are those soft leaves that glimmer in the sun. Similar to Leucadendron argenteum but without the 'Sissy La-la' if it gets too warm... or too cold... or too far from the coast.
